"Melissa gave us great advice. She told us how to stage our home to its best advantage and even added some of her own personal belongings to increase its appeal. Since we were out of state for part of the time our house was on the market, she made sure that we were kept apprised of every showing and the results, including any comments that might be considered in making improvements. You cannot go wrong in deciding to use Melissa as your agent. She is knowledgeable in every facet of the real estate field and is a lot of fun to work with."
